Devki Fashions is a Designer Boutique operating from Hari Nagar of West Delhi. It is run by Shital Puri, a Fashion Designer from NIIFT (Punjab Govt. - under the aegis of NIFT). They claim that theirs is the only ‘real designer boutique’ in that part of West Delhi, the area in the proximity of Clock Tower, Hari Nagar.

Shital Puri says that “people need to be educated about the difference between simple stitching and designer wear. People have fixed ideas about their clothing. So they need to come out of the box and let the designer do their job.” She laments the fact that designer wear sense is still to catch up in pockets. So discernible folks around this part of town (Hari Nagar, Maya Puri, Subhash Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Jail Road and the surrounds) should take note that they have a qualified designer in their midst when they are seeking one!
